Change of Time.

Due to the colder weather our regular Tuesday morning walks will start at 9am from the Shed office area. These walks will be in the environs around the shed and return by 10am in time for morning tea. As the weather changes it is planned to move the starting time to 8am on the first Tuesday in September.

Hope to see a good roll up each Tuesday because walking at our age is one of the best exercises we can do for good heart health and general fitness!
