Which?
- Any camera, big or small. Phone camera to SLR.
- Computer and USB stick with knowledge how to use them.
- Car or carpool
Who?
- Young or old.
- Preferably able to walk, talk and kneel.
What?
- Week one – arrive at The Studio, Men’s Shed Noosa for the introduction and preliminary briefing.
- Week two – arrive at designated location, (within an hours drive from Mens Shed), spend an hour and a half photographing at will, lunch at nearby café at reasonable prices.
- Week three – arrive at The Studio – which is equipped with large TV monitor or projector. Submit a USB stick with 10 of the best images, watch and listen to constructive, light-hearted, generic comments from John Cook. BYO Lunch.
- And repeat two and three.
- Xmas party on last class day of the year.
- Two weekends away per year. Within a couple of hour’s drive. Affordable self-booked accommodation. Meals at local pubs and café’s.
When?
- Day – Thursday at 11am
- Shooting Location - 11am meeting – get there 15 minutes early. Lunch at 12.30. Leave at will.
- Show and tell at The Studio – 11am meeting, - lunch around 12.30, leave at will.
Where?
Possible locations –
- Hastings St, Gympie Terrace, Tewantin, Marina, National Park, Sunshine Beach, Perigian, Cooroy, Pomona, Kin Kin, Eumundi, Eumundi Market, Farmers market, Sunshine Plaza.
- Any affordable tourist attraction from the Australian Zoo to the Aircraft Museum.
- Any public facility from the cemetery to the tip.
- Possible weekends away – Maryborough, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Byron Bay, Hervey Bay, Gympie,
